Work at Dan's: Seasonal Photo Services Administrator

Dan’s provides Santa & Easter Bunny photo services for multiple locations across the region. Parents, grandparents, and guardians rely on Dan’s to provide superior photo quality and customer service. This position will coordinate with our partners to plan our offerings, plan staffing, and arrange training. 


The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented. Experience in planning and/or logistics and business partnerships is beneficial. Photo experience is a plus but not essential as we have photo experts to assist in the technical aspects. Generating reports through our appointment scheduling and POS systems and evaluating patterns will be required.


Planning begins in mid-August with approximately 15 hours per week required. During our peak months (Nov-Dec & at Easter) hours will likely be 30+ per week. Other times of the year no hours are required. Preparation and planning hours will be weekdays, and execution hours during the season will mostly be weekends.

 

Responsibilities include:


  • Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential partners.
  • Coordinate all staffing considerations including recruiting, training, and ongoing development of skills.
  • Proactively seek options to streamline and improve systems and workflow.
  • Ensure all equipment is functional and efficient for the tasks required.
  • Constantly evaluate our offerings for opportunities to better serve customers and increase our appeal.
