Work at Dan's: Imaging Lab Product Development Coordinator

Dan’s Imaging Lab offers a variety of services from conventional photo processing and scanning to new and unique products. We have a network of wholesale partners across the country to whom we provide white label fulfillment services in addition to our local customer base.

The ideal candidate will be creative and technically savvy. Product development will include various techniques and require an understanding of technical processes. The ability to manage multiple tasks and details along with a positive and professional attitude is required. 

During our peak months (Nov-Dec & May-June) hours will likely be 35+ per week. Other times of the year hours will be less. Most hours will be Monday-Friday daytime. Time will be split between development and production as needed.

Examples of specific responsibilities

• Research, development, and launch of new imaging services, both to Dan's customers and our wholesale partners.
• Implementation of new products and promotions in our online ordering system.
• Customer service point person for our wholesale partners.
• Team with the Lab Manager to plan production techniques and considerations for maximum efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing Department to plan promotions and product launches.
• Collaborate with Retail Managers to ensure staff are fully versed in products and ordering procedures.
• Seasonal review of product offerings for customer appeal, profitable yet competitive pricing, and efficient workflow systems.
• Routine review of DansPictureWorks.com for accuracy, and opportunities for improvement.
