Waterfall & Fall Foliage Photo Expedition

waterfall photoCombine the power and majesty of Pennsylvania’s waterfalls with our beautiful fall foliage and you have the amazing photo opportunities included in this Photo Expedition. Join us for this fun, two-part workshop coming this fall.

You’ll start in our classroom, learning proven techniques for getting great images of moving water and capturing the brilliant colors of the season. Learn how to select the right lens and other gear for the look you want, and how to use it effectively to get that perfect shot! After picking up pointers on traditional wide-angle shots, tap into your own creativity with smooth waterfall effects and other approaches like panoramas and High Dynamic Range (HDR) techniques.

For part two, you’ll meet up with Dan’s experts to shoot waterfalls and other scenic areas in the beautiful Pocono Mountains. This hands-on approach lets you apply what you’ve learned and comfortably size up a scene, set up the shot, and capture your own photographic vision.

Basic understanding of your camera's functions is a pre-requisite. Digital SLR or other interchangeable lens camera recommended.
