Professional Photographer Benefits Program
Overview & Qualifications
Pros must provide proof of being in the business of photography either full or part time. We recommend that you schedule an appointment for a review to qualify for the program & appropriate tier. Please send email to dpro@danscamera.com for tier information. A tax exempt form or copy of your business license must be presented and kept on file as the entry qualification into our program. Haven’t gotten a business license or tax ID yet? The Pennsylvania Open for Business website has all the information you need to get started.
Pros will then qualify for one of three tiers based on lab volume with Dan’s: Platinum (highest), Gold (mid), and Silver (entry level). Dollar amounts will not be published for privacy. Once you've qualified for the program, you will need to follow our print ordering guidelines to receive Dan's Professional Tiered Pricing.
Sales volume is based on previous year’s spending on lab services at Dan’s. Volume must be maintained to stay in each tier. Sales volume will be evaluated twice a year.

Special discounts on these services:
House Charge Privileges: Fill out a credit application and take advantage of Net-30 days terms. This expedites your orders and gives you a monthly accounting of your spending with Dan’s, as well as providing us with tracking for tier qualification. Accounts must be current and in good standing to remain in each tier.
Plus all Dan’s services and products, classes for pros, and expert help from staff on every aspect of your photography, equipment, and digital workflow.
Silver Program
Pros in the Silver tier receive the entry level of benefits
Requirements
- Must supply us with either a tax exempt form or a copy of business license for our records.
- Encouraged to open a Dan’s House Charge Account for tracking purposes.
- Encouraged to use the Express Digital software system (or other software designated by our lab) for online ordering and galleries.
Benefits
- Receive 10% off samples of Dan’s lab offerings for your marketing purposes.
- Encouraged to use the Express Digital software system (or other software designated by our lab) for streamlined online ordering and online galleries.
Gold Program
Pros in the Gold tier receive the second highest level of benefits.
Requirements
- Must have a Dan’s House Charge for tracking purposes, and account must be current.
- Must use designated software for ordering digital prints. Express Digital (or other software designated by our lab) must be used for all orders, whether online or via its CD burning program.
Benefits
- Receives half-price samples of lab offerings for your marketing purposes.
- Promotion in our List of Photographers with image and tag line in addition to contact info and styles of photography provided.
Platinum Program
Pros in the Platinum tier receive the highest level of benefits.
Requirements
- Must have a Dan’s House Charge for tracking purposes, and account must be current.
- Must use designated software for ordering digital prints. Express Digital (or other software designated by our lab) must be used for all orders, whether online or via its CD burning Program.

- Prominent promotion in our List of Photographers with a quarter-page color ad. This list is given out free to our customers in the store and on our website.
