Wedding Photo Planner: Preparing for your appointment

Thank you for considering our wedding photo planner service.

Our professional consultants will not only guide you through the process, but make it enjoyable for everyone! Please review the following information with your photographer, so we can be you have exactly what you need to get started.

Your CD or DVD should include:

  • A copyright release, stating you have permission to reproduce the images. This document may be a Word or PDF file, and must include the photographer’s contact information.
  • One set of high-resolution images. Please ask them to not include thumbnail versions.
  • Images saved as level 10 JPEG, so we can give you the high quality prints without unnecessarily large file sizes.
  • Images saved in the sRGB color space.
  • If possible, files should be named in proper order of the progression of the day.
  • Will the images on the disc be color-corrected?

If your photographer has any questions please have them contact us. We will gladly work with them to ensure you receive great photos and efficient service when you're here.

Once you receive your CD or DVD of images, you can take a look at the photos to start to get a sense of what you'll have to choose from. Make a note of some of your favorites, and start to make a list of the people you wish to have some type of photo or keepsake items for. This will save you time when you’re here at Dan’s for your appointment.
