Fall Foliage Photography

Fall FoliageJoin us for this special Fall Foliage Workshop capturing the fall colors in our region. You'll begin with a class here at Dan's. We'll show you how to:

  • Select the right lens for the shot you want.
  • Use filters to effectively enhance colors and control exposure.
  • Maximize your camera settings, such as metering and depth of field.
  • Choose the best equipment for macro shooting.

At the end of class we'll briefly demonstrate how to finish off your digital images in the computer for maximum impact.

You'll get to reinforce what you've learned by applying the knowledge right away on a guided field trip to shoot the fall colors.

The final part of this workshop happens after you've taken the shots, chosen a few favorites and given them to us for review. During this optional image review session, our instructor provides feedback on your images as we discuss your experience.
