Finishing Options
Mounting: Provides a rigid backing to keep your photo flat and wrinkle free. Choose from two different thicknesses depending on your final use.
Laminating: Provides a clear plastic protective coating and helps prevent fading: Choose from glossy of matte finish laminate.
Edging: Provides a protective and decorative edge guard on mounted photos to prevent “dings” and provide a framed appearance. Choose a thin edge cap or a wider edge frame.

Technical Information
Longevity & Durability
All services are printed using archival ink technology. Longevity is determined by choice of material used, and where and how the print is displayed. For maximum life, we recommend laminating your print when applicable, see Finishing Options above.
Photo and Fine Art Services
Rated at 70-100 years of life when handled properly; all papers are acid free. Note: Fine art papers are natural 100% cotton rag, and will have subtle variations in texture and finish which is outside our control.
Signs and Banners
Very durable in terms of handling, water resistence and color-fastness. Usable life varies depending on exposure to the elements.
Submitting Orders
All services are available from negatives, slides, photos, flat artwork and digital files.
If you're supplying your own digital files, we accept Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDraw files; create your document (and any placed graphics) at the final size you wish to order; set color mode to RGB, and resolution to 300 dpi; save file as JPEG, EPS or TIFF. We suggest saving all images as TIFF files for best quality. If using JPEG, save with minimum compression.

These file sizes are listed to achieve a better quality print. Simple resizing or up-sampling your smaller original will often have a negative impact on print quality. We can offer a more artistic and pleasing file resize for an additional 10% fee, ask for details.
Additional Considerations:
- Enlarging may reveal imperfections not noticed in/on original, and reduce sharpness, color saturation and contrast.
- Matching wide format prints to prints from other services, or even the original may not be possible due to differences in materials.
- Color appearance of wide format prints may shift when viewed under different types of lighting, such as fluorescent vs. daylight.
- We will review any pertinent issues regarding expectations and possible limitations of each order.
